Leaving Alaska some spectacular views of the terrain. Not usually so lucky to have clear skies and something to see. It's dark leaving Seattle so not much to see. Back to real life Tues.

Travel is so important to changing one's perspective. It is good to be somewhere new and it is good to be going home.

Taking time to rest is not a waste of time. While some people may not consider all yoga practices resting, they are an opportunity to reset the nervous system towards parasympathetic and away from sympathetic activity. So yoga is not only good for your body, it is good for your nervous system.

Please note!!! I will teach Tues and Wed this week. Then I will be out of town until 6/1 but classes will continue.
