Bolster fun this week! There are different kinds of bolsters but the ones most often used are rectangular. If you don't have a bolster, stacked blankets can often be substitutions.

FUNCTIONAL YOGA
In this class we will explore how practicing yoga can improve strength and flexibility on your mat, as well as move well in life off the mat. We will explore movements that help us get off the floor, maintain balance, and improve joint mobility for functional activities. This practice will meet you where you are, no expectations or judgements.
