Chair One Fitness is a chair-based dance fitness program. We cater to anyone who has complications with standing during a fitness regimen or anyone that cant do a lot of high impact movements. This includes senior citizens, people with balance deficits, chronic pain, injuries, disabilities, suffering from obesity and more. This class is designed to keep individuals mobile and to ensure they remain progressive in daily function and / or recovery. We deliver a fun interactive workout thar uplifts people while providing a total body workout.

I will be offering a FREE 30 min class every Saturday in January at My Milk and Money starting January 6th at 9:00 am
