My brotha Kevin Radford brought up some of his SC hammers to scrap with our guys today! I’m big on having a system but it’s always nice to have other accomplished athletes/coaches come in with the same goal just a slightly different approach. I definitely picked up something’s today and I hope our kids did too!

Radford Trained wrestlers had a busy weekend up in VA beach at the National Duals. We were spread out amongst several teams and they competed to the best they could and represented themselves well. Congrats to all who competed this weekend. Lets keep getting better.
