Bucksville landing has a medium size paved parking area and is managed by South Carolina Department of Natural Resources. It has 2 hard surfaced launching lanes with a dock to tie up to. The landing is on the west side of the river.

The map is showing the 3 trails that paddle to/pass Bucksville Landing, all combined together. Details about these paddles will shown in posts below.

The landing is about 103 miles from the dam according to the Waccamaw River Blue Trail and is on the west side of the river.

The second map is a modification of the first map. Either map can used to navigate north, even though these trails come from upriver.

This trip actually goes up the Waccamaw River to Bucksville Landing. But, this trail can be used to navigate to Peachtree.

This post shows 2 different versions of the same trip. It turned out to be approximately the same mileage. But there were slightly different exploration done during the paddle.
