It is with a heavy heart that I come to you today to make this post. I have spent the last 5 years of my life in this building selling fi****ms to all of you great people of central Arkansas and have made tons of memories with each and every one of you. I looked forward to coming to work every single day and it was truly a pleasure working here. I’ve gotten to know a bunch of you on a personal level and consider a lot of you to be friends. I can’t thank you guys enough for shopping with me, allowing me to get to know you on a personal level, trusting me in your firearm purchases, and visiting with me every time any of you came to the shop.
We, here at DB Arms, have tried daily to make your purchases and experiences one that you wouldn’t find anywhere else in the state of Arkansas. From staying up till midnight answering questions on Facebook to getting you the best possible deals I could on every sale, I couldn’t have asked for a better customer base.
We are making this post to allow everyone to know what is going on. We’ve tried to make cuts where we could. We’ve gone over all the numbers at the shop and financially, it just isn’t responsible to continue to stay open. We appreciate all of your support over the last two years and hope that we have done a good job of earning your trust and your business.
The game plan at the moment is to be closed by the end of May but it may happen a little sooner or a little later depending on what we can accomplish in that time. We will still be able to place orders and receive transfers until about the middle of May. We would love it if our customers would come in and place orders with us until that time. All customers who have purchased class 3 items from us will still be notified when stamps arrive. Consignment customers will be called and notified today to come and pick up their unsold items.
To summarize, DB Arms would like to thank each and every single one of you for supporting us. I may be leaving the gun business for now but I will be back and when I am, I would love to have you all as customers again. Please support your local shops even if it means paying a little more sometimes.
Thank you all
Manager,
Tyler Crawford
