Hi guys! Welcome to my new page!
My name is Lexi Lamey and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I am married and have two teenage bonus kids.
After being a director at a local faith-based recovery ministry for several years, I decided to cross over my interpersonal skills into the fitness industry. After working with people one-on-one spiritually, mentally and emotionally, I decided what better way to expand my reach than to add in the physical component!
I have a passion for people and a passion for fitness. Regardless of your age, background or fitness experience, I am here to help you reach your goals. My goal is to help you feel better, look better and be stronger. Remember, a healthy body leads to a healthy mind!
I offer personalized training sessions, meal plans/nutrition coaching, weekly check-ins, unlimited contact, encouragement and accountability.
