Dear TG Conway Families,
We’re saddened to share that we will be closing our Conway location. The new owners of the shopping center have chosen to use their right in our lease agreement to cancel our contract. Unfortunately, they’ve expressed a preference for national retailers over local businesses like ours.
Our final day in the unit will be June 19th, and we plan to finish strong by running classes through the end of May and finishing out the year with our After School camp program.
Please know that we will remain fully open through the end of the current school year, continuing to offer all of our regular classes through May and after school programs until the last day of the school year.
Over the past four incredible years, we’ve had the absolute honor of serving over 1,000 amazing families at our Conway location. We are beyond grateful for the love, support, and trust this community has shown us. Being part of the Conway community has truly meant the world to us, and it’s our greatest hope to return in the future.
While we’ve been actively searching for a new space in the area, there are currently no available buildings that meet the space and ceiling height needs required for our gymnastics programs. We do, however, still own land across from the Conway Rec Center, and we’re holding onto the dream of one day building a permanent home in Conway.
In the meantime, we would absolutely LOVE for you to join us at our Carolina Forest location if you're able!
Here’s what this means for our families:
🌞 Summer Camp Families
If you’re already signed up for Conway summer camp, we hope you’ll join us this summer at Carolina Forest! We will honor your original Conway camp pricing. If you're unable to attend, we completely understand and will gladly refund your deposit. Please be sure to let us know either way by the end of April but especially if you plan to attend camp so we can reserve your spot.
🤸 Class & Team Families
If your child is currently in classes or on a team at Conway and you’d like to continue with us at Carolina Forest after May, please let us know as soon as possible so we can secure your spot.
🚌 After School Families (2025–2026 School Year)
As long as there’s enough interest, we plan to continue sending buses to Conway schools, with pickup and transportation going to our Carolina Forest location for the 2025–2026 school year. Please let us know if you are interested in attending our Carolina Forest location and what school your child will be attending.
We are so thankful to have been a part of your child’s journey and your family’s lives. From cartwheels to confidence-building, your support has made all the difference. We truly hope to see you at our Carolina Forest location as we continue doing what we love—helping kids grow, learn, and have fun! This is not a good bye forever and only a good bye for now and we will see you again!
