ARX 4 is designed to challenge athletes at every stage of their fitness journey.

🔥 RX - For the advanced athletes who are comfortable with:
♦️ Bar Muscle Ups
♦️ Handstand Walks
♦️ Chest-to-Bar Pull Ups
♦️ Handstand Walks
♦️ Heavy Barbell Loading
~If you regularly perform RX workouts and thrive under high-skill, high intensity programming, this division is for you!

⚡ INTERMEDIATE - For athletes who have developed solid gymnastics and barbell skills but aren't quite ready for RX-level gymnastics.
🔸 Chest-to-Bar (lower capacity)
🔸 Pull Ups
🔸 Toes-to-Bar
🔸 Dubs
🔸 Kipping Handstand Push Ups
~No Muscle-Ups or Handstand Walks required.
