ARA Fit X Welcome to ARA Fit X, where fitness journeys start and lack of motivation ends! Hello :) My name is Abby. This meant my activity level dropped.

I have always led a somewhat active lifestyle growing up. I wasn't the fittest by any means because gyms often scared me and I never had the best relationship with food. The majority of my exercise came from dance class, JROTC, and the occasional runs I'd take with my dogs. Once I graduated high school, my motivation to get active was gone. My college didn't have a dance team and I wasn't interest

ed in sports. My eating habits really weren't the best nor the most efficient. I didn't really start getting into the depths of fitness until my first semester of college. I found the experience of college far from home very hard. Being so far from friends/ family, the sudden change in my routine, and having no outlet for the stress meant I quickly found myself depressed. I stopped eating, stopped going out, and lost all confidence in myself. My grades slipped and my health declined. After some help, I got introduced to the wonders of physical fitness and nutrition. After turning everything around that first semester I decided to drop out of college to focus on my body and mental health. In the years following, I went through many ups and downs. My sketchy relationship with food made things difficult at first but now I find myself enjoying my meals again. Life can get very overwhelming for me. I use physical fitness and nurturing my mental health to come out on top of this - it is a therapy of sorts. I care about my clients and provide a very uplifting environment. Fitness should be fun, goals should be exciting, and you should love yourself! I believe everyone is capable of anything they put their mind to. Want to build confidence? Working out is a great way to feel fine in no time and is proven to increase endorphins. Have a stressful life and need to let off some steam? A few hours a week at the gym always helps me feel calmer. Working out and nutrition, I believe, are the utmost of importance in anyone's life. There are so many benefits to getting active and eating healthy... Psst, I’ll let you in on a secret though. It's not as hard as everyone makes it out to be. I make working out and improving your nutrition easy as pie. You'll be wondering why you didn't start sooner. Work out with me and you'll walk away ready to take on the day and soon take hold of your life.

Wonder what ARA stands for? It's my motto and one I preach to my clients often. So remember to Adapt, be Resilient, and stay Awesome. During training, I remind my clients with resilience inevitably comes adaptation. Our bodies have the ability to adapt to stresses exposed to them. This means during exercise that's physically challenging, your body will adapt to this stress to ensure the same activity feels slightly easier in the future. Meaning if you stick with it eventually it becomes easier! How cool is that? I wrap up this motto with a reminder that you're awesome and to stay that way! ;)

Hello, I’m Abby! I am a huge advocate in fitness and nutrition. After a rough past with my mental health and body image, I use working out as an outlet for many things. I firmly believe the best path to success is one you travel feeling CONFIDENT. These past four years living a healthy lifestyle has helped me love my body and self again. I have noticed a correlation between how I feel in life and my daily habits. I have felt the change of making changes to my diet and adding some hours at a gym. I don’t just look better, I FEEL better. Knowing what I know and my drive to see others succeed is what makes me want to train you. I love helping others fall in love with fitness. I know how hard it can be to start. How daunting it seems, but you don’t need hours a day devoted to the gym and a hard core diet. I’m here to show you a more approachable path. One that can be slowly integrated into your already placed roots with reachable goals. I love helping others see just what they can achieve with some effort. Hi, my name is Abby! I will be taking 2 new clients for the first time in months to take a chance with me. Looking for someone who's ready to get serious about their fitness journey. Someone who is hungry for results and ready to get sweaty to achieve goals. Must be able to work out at least twice a week. Times available between 7am-8am and 8am-9am; days to choose from, Mon-Sun.
