Antwan has completes 2800 Camp Gladiator workouts!!!!!!

We asked him what keeps him going and he said....

HE MAKES GOALS FOR HIMSELF. If he doesn't get to his goal he is hard on himself about it.

We could all use a push from ourselves. Set your own goals, then strive to reach them. BECAUSE YOU SAID YOU WOULD!!

We are more than a workout.

Every member has there own personal trainer/coach to help them with their goals and hold them accountable.

You can do any outdoor workout or use the online product. Online has live and/or on demand and features many types (yoga, beginner, palates, strength, cycle) and lengths of workouts.

But the BEST PART about CG is the amazing community! We have baby showers, socials at various places, we even just had a bake off!
