Hopkinton Soccer Coaches Needed for PreK - 8th Grade!

The Hopkinton Youth Sports Association (HYSA) and Hopkinton Soccer Club (HSC) are working together to make soccer possible for our town's young athletes this fall - but we need your help!

HYSA and HSC are volunteer led organizations and we rely on volunteers to coach. Currently, we are planning multiple teams for Grades 3 - 8 as well as Saturday morning soccer for PreK - 2nd grade. Coaching opportunities are available for parents and non-parents; all volunteers must pass a background check.

While coaching is an incredibly valuable endeavor, we recognize it is time-consuming and may feel overwhelming. Our organizations are committed to supporting all coaches with training and resources before and throughout the soccer season.

If you are curious about coaching, please reach out to Melissa Burns-Price (HSC President) and/or Sara Persechino (HYSA Soccer Commissioner)!

❗️THIS SUNDAY❗️ We are excited to announce that the Hopkinton Youth Sports Association (HYSA) and Hopkinton Soccer Club (HSC) will be collaborating on player evaluations for the upcoming 2026 fall soccer season! ⚽️

🗓️ Evaluations will take place on Sunday, June 14, at Houston Field during the final session of Spring Pick-Up Soccer. They will be organized by current grade level cohorts, as the NH Soccer League and Merrimack Valley Soccer League rules provide for:

2 PM: 2nd and 3rd grade boys and girls
3 PM: 4th and 5th grade boys and girls
4 PM: 6th and 7th grade boys and girls

This collaborative evaluation process stems from feedback received from families during our winter survey and our successful Spring Pick-Up Soccer program.

HYSA and HSC look forward to working together and continuing to build a strong soccer community in Hopkinton that provides a positive, development-focused experience for all players!

⚽️2013/2014 boys have playoffs Saturday, winner goes to the championship Sunday!
⚽️2017 boys are taking on the Litchfield Halloween Jamboree!

Here we go Hawks! It’s high school playoff time. Seedings have been finished in soccer. Our boys team earned the #3 seed while girls were seeded 5th. That means that playoffs include:

Tuesday - 3pm here - #5 Girls Soccer vs #12 Berlin

Wednesday 3pm here - #3 Boys Soccer vs #14 Brady

Come out and cheer them on!!!
