If you’re working a normal desk job or have a relatively sedentary life-style, you likely have tight hip flexors. Using we are not only able to measure the degrees of rotation, and how that golfer turns, but we can use it to help train them to use the proper muscles to achieve this motion.

What we saw here was an over rotation at the top of the backswing with a reverse spine angle. After using this technology with the golfer we were able to achieve him feeling these correct muscles activating to get into this position.

And believe me, this type of training is a workout!

But NOBODY likes getting injured.

Club head speed and distance are trending right now, and the golf industry is filled with programs, equipment and devices to help you "improve speed"

BUT

If you are not working on the foundational principles of athletic performance, injuries will be your biggest obstacle in improving club head speed.
