Great night of fights and competition. Boys did outstanding. Harts goes 1-1 on the night.

Great job Brandon Dougherty . It was awesome sharing the corner together as family. Great work in there B.

Michael Gubler secured a 2nd Rd TKO with an awesome display of composure, technique, awareness and some killer instincts to finish the fight.

Az, ended up losing a 3 Rd decision. We are super proud of Az. Even at his young age he has always shown the desire to push through hard challenges and look to win, the kid has a warrior spirit, a strong work ethic and the ability to grow in all areas. Az fought hard and had some great moments in the fight but it didn’t end in our favor.

We are always proud of anyone on this team regardless of winning, losing or draw. It takes guts to compete and we are pleased to have such a great team and support system here at Harts.

Thank you everyone who came out to support and show some love. We appreciate it.

Big shout out to Alberto, Eric, Will, Charlie, Alex, and all our training partners and those that have assisted in preparation and training. and thanks for having us for sparring as well. Big thanks to for all the help and putting up with Brandon, myself and the boys. 😂

It was a honor to be to promote vlvgbek his brown belt today in front of some of the best damn people around. We cannot say enough great things about Bek. There are some people that are talented, there are some people who just get BJJ, there are some people that work relentlessly and intelligently to get better and outwork others to see goals met. Bek is all of it plus some. He is a prime example of a student of everything a student should be. He does all this with his goals and the team/Academy standards in mind.

On or off the the mats he keeps a caring, supportive, encouraging and positive mindset, not just for himself but those around him. He is an amazing person throughs and through. Labels are thrown around sometimes too loosely, but this in not one of them times. Bek is a wonderful person and a family member to us all. A humble and strong leader that we are all grateful and proud of.

Solid day and solid completion for the kids. Thank you to all our parents, kids and our coaches for always making an exciting day even better. We won some and lose some, and that the nature of this all and getting better. We are excited to see you all back on the mats working hard and enjoying your training.
