This is #229

I haven’t weighed in the 220s since early on in high school.

Crazy to think that in just a few weeks I’ll be 33 and in the best shape of my life.

And absolutely I am feeling myself!

Have an amazing Super Bowl Sunday everyone 👊🏼

One thing I learned through my journey is that it works‼️

The plan works if you work the plan 👊🏻

What a weird thought, am I right? 🤪

🔹No bu****it.

🔹No gimmicks.

🔹No magic pill.

🔹No shortcuts.

But in all seriousness you just got to put in the work.

Today marks a low weight for this challenge.

Today marks an ALL TIME LOW in waistline 😏

Let's not wait till the new year..let's build habits and start now ⤵️

"The peace in this world is never to far away, you just have to open your eyes to see it." I am grateful for the opportunity to travel more parts of the country all while bettering myself along the way. The only thing that I wish would be different is that more friends and family would be here ✌️
