About Us
Delta Life Fitness started as a bootcamp in a park but quickly grew to fulfill one mission - to create positive communities of women who want to train right and get some much deserved ME time.
We know that making lasting friendships with women who share the same values of family, health, and being their best selves not only makes showing up to the studio easier, it makes it fun.
But we don't slouch when it comes to workouts - no pink dumbbells or "girl" workouts. Our program, Tone & Torch, was specifically designed based on the female metabolism to help women tone up and slim down in just 30 minutes a few times a week.
Worried about child care? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. We put as much time into our supervised kid’s corner as we do our fitness program. No more missed workout! Our kid’s corner saves you money and time while you workout worry free.
