WATER POLO FAMILIES AND FANS — ROSTER SHIRT ORDERS ARE OPEN!

Our 2026 Water Polo roster shirts are ready to order, and this year’s design is especially fun — the athletes’ signatures will be printed on the back!

🤽 Each CHS Water Polo athlete will receive one white roster shirt from the Booster Club.

Parents, family members, friends, and fans who would like their own can order additional shirts now.

Orders are due Monday, September 7 at midnight.

A big tip of the hat to the local businesses who helped keep our Doc Holliday crew fed and fueled all weekend long. 🤠

Over three days of water polo, our hospitality room provided a place for coaches, officials, volunteers and tournament staff to grab a meal, a snack, some coffee and a much-needed break between games.

The Conroe High School, cowgirls and cowboys rode a remarkably similar trail through the 5th Annual Doc Holliday Shootout. 🤠🐅

Both teams faced the same three opponents — Tomball, Cy Springs and Oak Ridge — and both finished the weekend 1–2.

🤽🏽‍♀️COWGIRLS
The girls opened with a tough 8–10 loss to Tomball before coming back with a big 24–2 win over Cy Springs.

Saturday morning’s matchup with Oak Ridge was a nail-biter from start to finish. With several players feeling under the weather and Conroe playing short after a rolled player in the first half, the girls kept fighting and played their hearts out. They came up just one goal short, 10–11.

🤽🏽‍♂️COWBOYS
The boys also opened against Tomball, falling 9–12, before answering with a 15–8 win over Cy Springs.

Against Oak Ridge on Saturday, Conroe fell behind early but came back fighting in the second half. The Tigers outscored Oak Ridge after halftime, but the rally wasn’t quite enough, ending 9–13.

Different games, same trail, and plenty of fight from both Conroe squads.
