The goal was to finish sub 2:10.00. Almost happened, but almost doesn't count anywhere, unless youre playing horshoes or tossing hand grenades. Even if I got that sub 2:10, I would not have been happy because the original goal was to get a sub 1:35 after 2020s 1:40.44. The big man upstairs had different plans for this year though. 5 Β½ months post back surgery, this wasnt half bad. 2023 is going to be fast...

Todays WOD was a doozie πŸ€ͺ. You go, I go format. 3 DP, 4 BSU, 5 DBT, 6 DBDLs. 30 rounds total between both partners. 40 min cap. Weights were 40 #/30 #, box heights were 20" and 24". The time-lapse I think starts around round 7? πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

DAMN... I think Ive finally figured out how to maintain my heart rate pretty steady during a bike ride πŸ₯², I think i was actually starting to push more watts towards the end and still maintaining that same HR.
