As it began, so it has ended…
What started as two neighbors changing their health and outlook in 2020 through , developed into pushing ourselves beyond normal limits, and into conversations of business, and ideas of how to bring the feeling of wellness to others. An idea of a premiere facility that provided cold water immersion, and heat exposure therapies that would work in unison to accelerate the recovery process to keep you going into the next thing on your list.
We cannot thank you all enough for the support over the last two years. Family, friends, colleagues, and strangers. All came out to support our dream and to challenge themselves as well as continually care for yourselves. Our goal was to provide a place you could prioritize your health and help you continue to elevate yourself into all activities and endeavors. Thanks to you all we were able to do just that.
Our hope is that you all continue to prioritize your health and most of all your Recovery.
