⚾ A Different Kind of Travel Baseball ⚾
Over the years, I’ve watched youth baseball change.
More practices.
More pressure.
More politics.
More stress.
At the same time, I’ve watched more athletes invest in private hitting coaches, pitching instructors, strength training, speed programs, and individual development.
That made me ask one simple question…
What if there was a better way?
The Conroe Oilers 13U AAA Team isn’t just another tournament team.
It’s a different approach to travel baseball.
We’re looking for athletes who are already committed to improving their game but are tired of feeling tied down by mandatory practices, limited to organizations only in their area, or picking up with a different team every weekend.
We believe you shouldn’t have to choose between individual development and being part of a real team.
Our Philosophy
⚾ Train with the instructor of your choice.
⚾ Develop your game on your own schedule.
⚾ Then come together as one team to compete.
We’re building a roster of athletes who want to wear the same jersey, build lasting friendships, and compete alongside teammates they know and trust—not a different group every weekend.

You do NOT have to live in Conroe. We welcome committed athletes from anywhere who believe in our culture and our mission.
