Every single day will be different. We focus on the basics and mess around a little bit with where the load is placed in relation to one's center of mass so that you are always progressing. For example, on Monday, if we have a push day, the main movement may be squatting, lunging, or step ups. If we squat, it might be a front squat, a back squat, a single kb squat, double kb squats, heel elevated db squats, lateral (cossack) squats, bodyweight squats, banded squats to name a few, if we are lunging we can do barbell reverse lunges, db reverse lunges, kb reverse lunges, elevated reverse lunges, walking lunges, once again, just to name a few.
