We no longer offer Annual Memberships, Annual Memberships have been replaced with the Multi Ride Membership and effective immediately all Memberships are all non-refundable. We have renamed our Annual Membership to Multi-Ride Membership NOT to be mistaken with multi RIDER. The Multi-Ride Membership will act just the same as an annual membership. We are For Sale and all current membership contracts are between you and ESE We Make Tracks Inc. DBA Three Palms Action Sports Park; not between you and any future owners. The clause below has been added to the membership contract.

**Non-Refundable Membership Fee**

The Membership Fee paid at the time of registration is non-refundable. By agreeing to this membership, you acknowledge and accept that the Membership Fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to voluntary cancellation of membership, lack of use of services, dissatisfaction with the membership, or the sale of the property.
