Every Saturday morning from 6:00–7:00 a.m., F3 meets in the parking lot of the Adrian L. Shuford Jr. YMCA for a free outdoor workout and fellowship opportunity.

F3—short for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith—is a national men’s leadership and fitness organization focused on building stronger communities through connection, accountability, and healthy living. The group chose to meet at the Y because of our shared commitment to Christian principles and our mission of strengthening spirit, mind, and body for all.

The YMCA is proud to provide a welcoming space for these men to come together each week, support one another, and pursue healthier lifestyles while building meaningful connections within our community.

Caring for a loved one with dementia can be rewarding, challenging, and at times overwhelming. Join us on June 16 for a special one-hour workshop designed for family caregivers, offering encouragement, practical tools, and support for your caregiving journey.

Led by dementia care and grief coach Jeanine Kowalski of Luminary Grace, this workshop will provide hope, strength, and helpful strategies for navigating the dementia caregiving journey.
