🚨Attention all baseball pitchers🚨
Our summer training program starts up tomorrow morning June 8th and runs through August 14th with our morning session almost full and looking to fill our afternoon session. This will run for 10 weeks with options to sign up for 4, 6, 8, or all 10. With the NCAA extending the dead period until July 31st this is an excellent opportunity to train and improve for fall season when college coaches can come watch you play. If you need to improve arm health, velocity, or command we are here to help. Each day will run about 3 hours and will start out with a mindset presentation, dynamic warmup, individualized throwing program, arm recovery routine, alternating power and weight training, and then end with a mobility routine. Everything is individualized after we conduct a movement screen and video analysis. Feel free to reach out with any questions and for pricing.
