Big Board Win🔥🔥

Welcome to the 80 MPH Club Webb!

Foard Sophomore Webb came into the facility towards the end of October sitting 74-77…he has worked relentlessly with a bulldog mentality and now has his name forever written on the Board at The Barn!!

Despite your HS team, still can’t wait to see what all you do and watch you shine this year big guy. Great work Webb, more to come🔥🦾

COOOOOOOP!

Shoutout to my boy Cooper! He started the lifting program with a genuine desire to get better and boy, he sure has!

Not only has he gained 3.5 MPH but he also joined the 50 MPH Club with a T52.8🔥🔥🔥

He’s gotten significantly stronger and has slimmed up, being told my others as well as myself!

So proud of you dude and can’t wait to see what else you continue to accomplish with this mindset🦾

Fun fact. I am ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE at social media but I vow to change that!

I found out how many of my boys love to see their faces and stalk this page just to keep up with it! And I won’t let these boys down!

With that being said, time for a BIG shoutout to Abel!

This young man is such a YES SIR kind of athlete so you know he works hard and listens! From starting out topping at 42 MPH to only .2 MPH from the 50 MPH club. Only in 3 months! His athleticism has become apparent and he now moves and lifts and runs better. This isn’t all about throwing a baseball hard. We build ATHLETES on the mound. More and more to come🦾🔥
