It is sad but true! Our time at Reid HealthWorks is coming to an end😢 Only 2 more classses! I appreciate the opportunity I received to dance with such amazing people. Women who came each time, didn’t judge others or themselves, and just enjoyed their fitness journey. Many came with excuses and even fears, but left with confidence that all are accepted, appreciated, and beautifully flawed. These perfect imperfections are what made us, us and what makes Zumba fun. Thanks for those that took a chance in my class each week. I hope to see you tomorrow and next week❤️
