AMPD Fusion - This is not your typical workout. It takes heart-pumping music, kettlebells, weighted bars, resistance bands and combines them into 45 minutes of calorie torching fun! Combining the benefits of strength training and ca
rdiovascular exercise, this program is a safe and effective workout for all fitness levels. Fusion can combine any of the following AMPD STRONG formats and FUSE them into one 45 min class - Kettlebell AMPD, AMPD Resistance, AMPD Strength, AMPD Burn (Barre), AMPD Power flow (yoga inspired)

AMPD Kickboxing - Our goal for the AMPD Kickboxing program is to take the various techniques of martial arts and set it to great music to create a fun, energetic one-of-a-kind experience for our class participants. We will use the rhythm, speed, and phrasing of the music to execute punching, kicking, and blocking sequences in a safe and effective manner. Instructors: Steph & Danielle
Zumba - Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. We want you to work out, love working out, and get hooked! Zumba fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting class of high energy calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate! Zumba Toning - Zumba Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness party. Using Zumba toning sticks or light weight dumbbells, you'll work every muscle group while you groove. Along with light-weight upper body resistance, you'll work against gravity or the floor to define your leg and ab muscles. Instructor: Heidi
