Sorry for the late notice but our heat is not working in the building. We have someone coming to fix it tonight but it’s too cold to have class. Class is canceled for tonight 1/28/2021.

Hello martial art students & families! Starting tomorrow (Thursday July 30th) it is required for all students to wear a mask while entering and exiting the dojo. To keep in compliance with social distancing, we are asking parents to have their children to walk in on their own. Upon dismissal, the students will be dismissed back to their parents. Please ensure parents are there on time. We will have less traffic in the foyer with parents remaining outside. We are also recommending you come dressed in your Gi; carrying in your notebook, belt and water battle. Thank you for your understanding!

Martial arts classses are starting TODAY! Our new summer schedule is Tuesday and Thursday evenings 4:00-6:00 p.m. 🥋 We can’t wait to see everyone.

Master Spring and Sensei S. have decided to make masks. They are making high quality, double lined masks to help people stay safe through these hard times. ALL proceeds will go towards putting a new rough on our dojo! This will be our fundraiser :) Please spread the word. They are $10 a piece. Multiple styles and sizes are available. Good morning amazing martial arts family!

I am missing you guys a lot today. I want to challenge you all to keep working out. This is an amazing day and age where we can still learn and grow through media. I am willing to help you guys still achieve your goals. I can always send you clips of more techniques. I can give you guys my number and you guys can send me your stuff so that I can give you more. I also can use some of the apps and get on so we can see it live. But if that doesn't work for any of you right now. Please know you are deeply missed and loved! Until we can see you soon please stay healthy and safe ❤

Classes are still in session today. We are following school protocol for our martial arts classes. As long as school is still in session, we will remain open. If schools close due to the COVID-19 virus, we will close as well. However, if you or your child are sick or running a fever, please do not come to class. Our students are our number 1 priority and we want everyone to stay healthy. Thank you!
