Meet the Coach — Twin Tier Wrestling Club

Coach Conor brings a high-level wrestling background and years of coaching experience to the Twin Tiers.

As a competitor:
• Fargo All-American
• FILA All-American
• Cadet Pan American Games Bronze Medalist
• 2x New York State Freestyle Champion
• 5th Place, New York State Folkstyle

He previously served as a volunteer varsity coach at Chenango Valley (New York) and Salida High School (Colorado). After returning to New York he shifted fully into private coaching at the youth and high school levels.
