Pain is NOT a requirement for getting stronger, faster or more conditioned.
Pain like knee pain, back pain, shoulder pain or any other joint pain is your body letting you know that something is off and something needs to change or it’s going to get worse.
Sore muscles and the mental battle to workout even when you’re busy however is pain that is required to get faster, stronger and more conditioned. I label this as resistance.
