Pain is NOT a requirement for getting stronger, faster or more conditioned.
Pain like knee pain, back pain, shoulder pain or any other joint pain is your body letting you know that something is off and something needs to change or it’s going to get worse.
Sore muscles and the mental battle to workout even when you’re busy however is pain that is required to get faster, stronger and more conditioned. I label this as resistance.

Everette is getting stronger and that’s possible for all of us despite our age. 💥
Our circumstances are almost never a product of our age and as soon as we decide to blame our age we give away all of our power. 😟
Take away: Age is just a number and there’s always a habit we can take on to improve our circumstances. ✅

Our bodies are adapting machines and it will adapt to the most common situations we’re in. The actions we most regularly take will be the difference maker in how our bodies adapt.

This is an athlete that once only dreamed of doing squat snatches again.🏋️‍♀️
She had severe back and knee pain. 💥
We started together a little over a year ago and we both simply did our best everyday to help her achieve that dream.
We learned, we got better and we took the lessons as they came. 🗝
If we continue to do that, we will go as far as this life can take us.
