I recently found our first lease and it was in March, 2005. We opened up in May, 2005. We will celebrate 15 years of running On The Move Fitness in Conifer in May. I'm proud of how many people we've helped and how many of our clients have been with us almost since we started. It's a gift to get to do what we do. We've met so many wonderful people.

Fall is in the air. Such a great time to get out on the trails and play. Staunton State Park was my playground yesterday on my run. If you've never been it's a stellar place to play. There's an incredible aspen grove on the Mason Creek trail too.

Sometimes it’s tough to get people to do cardio days. Lifting is definitely more fun, but think of a cardio day as lifting for the heart. Plus, better cardiovascular fitness makes it easier to go up mountains.
