CPR Certification and teen/adult sparring!
It’s tough to gather a group of adults to spar from just one school, so we hosted a special sparring class for some local NMAA friends. We had a blast and can’t wait to do it again!

And that’s a wrap on Thursday! It was awesome to see one of our co-owners complete a midterm, our competitors crush it, and our team participate in all of the different aspects of judging. We’re proud of the way each of you represented our team and school. Congrats, pack. It was a great day!
