A little Thursday throwback!🐻

This one takes us back a few years.

Andy came to camp with one thing on his mind, a true trophy black bear. Like any bear hunt, nothing is guaranteed, but after putting in the time and trusting the process, everything came together.

The result? An incredible 605lb North Carolina black bear and a hunt none of us will ever forget.

These are the memories that keep us doing what we love year after year. Thanks again, Andy, for letting us be part of your hunt!

A look back at last season… 🦌

Chris has been hunting with us for 10+ years, and it’s always a pleasure having him here.

A great hunt in the books as he was able to take another nice buck last season.

At Adventures Plus Outfitters, it takes more than one person to make every hunt a success. We’re a family-run business, but we’re fortunate to have a great group of people who help us along the way and make this operation what it is today.

From scouting and preparing land to checking cameras, planting food plots, maintaining stands, and everything in between, there are countless hours of work that happen long before hunting season arrives.

For over 18 years, we’ve been dedicated to providing hunters with a quality experience here in Eastern North Carolina. Along the way, we’ve met incredible people, made lifelong memories, and built relationships with hunters that became friends & return year after year.

We’re excited about the season ahead. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes, making improvements, and have some big changes coming that we can’t wait to share. We believe this is going to be a great year, and we’re looking forward to welcoming old friends and new hunters.

Had a little help clearing shooting lanes today… although the “helper” spent more time supervising than working. 🐶

It’s all coming together, and we’re getting everything ready for another great season.

We still have a couple 2026 muzzleloader hunts available. If you’ve been thinking about booking one, send us a message before the remaining spots are gone.

‼️The North Carolina bear season dates were released last night, and NC Wildlife has made changes to the season schedule.‼️

If you are currently booked for a bear or deer hunt between November 7–20, these changes may affect your scheduled hunt dates.

April will be reaching out to all affected hunters over the next few days to discuss any necessary adjustments and answer any questions.

We appreciate your patience as we work through the updated regulations. Thank you for choosing us, and we look forward to another great season in Eastern North Carolina!

A few 2026 muzzleloader hunts still available 🦌

Also, limited spots open for rifle hunts the week of December 7th and that’s it for the season 🦌

We don’t overbook our hunts, and once these last spots are gone, the books are closed. The way things are shaping up, it’s gonna be a good season.
