So proud of our students today and grateful for this incredible Ohana. Not only did our students practice and train hard, but their supportive families stood by them (in the FREEEEEZING cold).

Tomorrow is belt test day. Our students will show what they got, give it their all, and celebrate how much they have learned.

We have quite a few new students for whom this is their very first belt test. Excited to see them celebrate their accomplishments.

Delighted to welcome our newest student today. We love working with all ages and levels, but I’ll admit I have a sweet spot in my heart for adult beginners. My mission is to make martial arts accessible to anyone who wants to train and having first time adults walk through our doors is a great sign that we’re creating the right kind of environment.
