In the latter half of 2024, Amoskeag switched up our class programming to follow the challenging, fun, and progressive from Ben Smith.
We love seeing athletes enjoying the variety in the workouts, while staying grounded in the progressive strength training.
We also get giddy over opportunities to learn and practice technical gymnastics skills, as with yesterday's hanging L-hold + hand stand push up combo.
Keep up the good work everyone, your effort is paying off in strength gains, skill development, increased endurance and improved performance.
We're excited to keep working out with you all in 2025!

🐶 This holiday season we set up a donation box at the gym to collect items for Pope Memorial SPCA of Concord Merrimack County. Our athletes, and the athletes and coaches with Polar Crush Premier - Boyden Polar Crush NH 12U came through with massive support of the many animals cared for at this wonderful facility.
🐱 Thank you to everyone who donated; it's an incredible way for us to show up for one another and those in need during this time of year.

What a fantastic day at Pope Memorial SPCA! This morning, we held a low-cost pet vaccination clinic 🐾

From 11am-1pm, our January open house welcomed visitors eager to meet our amazing adoptable animals, and some furry friends even found their new homes today! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who brought donations to help fill our bin—your support means so much! ❤️

Later in the afternoon, we were thrilled to receive a generous donation from Amoskeag Fitness, who collected essential items for our pets. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness and support! 💪

We love seeing these young athletes challenge themselves as part of their off-season training with Coach Jennifer Boyden of Polar Crush NH 12U Polar Crush Premier - Boyden.
We ran a few different versions of the 12 Days of Christmas workout today. Scalable for all ages, abilities and goals - whether CrossFit or sport specific strength & conditioning.
