The Arena will be closed for a private session tomorrow from 10 to 12 and on Saturday from 11 till three

Good morning, we really want to keep the arena open to the public. As you know, we have been using the honor system, but people are either forgetting to pay or taking advantage of us. We work hard to keep the Arena in good shape for those coming to ride, but it is expensive due to Sand, Tractor, expenses, fuel, electricity not to mention the cost of the arena initially. If people are not going to pay, we cannot even break even.  Please know that we do appreciate the ones who are honest and diligent. There was someone last night who was there with their horses using the lights and I have not received a payment . OUR POLICY IS PAID BEFORE YOU RIDE SO THAT YOU DO NOT FORGET ! It was only a few days ago. We encountered the very same problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
