Update: Paco is home safe and sound!

URGENT -- MISSING in Webster, NH: Paco is a male Mixed Breed, 40 lbs, tan with a white belly/chest and black muzzle. He went missing from Deer Meadow on 7/15, is friendly and is wearing a black collar. Please share this post and call GSDR 24/7 at 855-639-5678 if you see or find Paco -- do not chase him.

When I first learned how to deadlift (less than a year ago), I wasn't very good at it. I started at 135 pounds, and it felt like the heaviest thing in the world. Now, deadlifts are my strongest, most confident lift, and I continue to get better every day. This is just a reminder, that we all have to start somewhere. Progress knows no boundaries as long as you're willing to work for it.

Another deadlift day is in the books πŸ’ͺ🏻 As always, a HUGE thank you to for pushing and motivating me πŸ’• I'm working to test my 1RM again in the next couple weeks. I'm trying to beat my personal record which was 235lbs. So today's workout was 5x3 at 220lbs followed by serveral accessory exercises.
