Today’s Shaolin Five Animals Boxing Form Martial Arts Clinic was absolutely incredible! The energy on the training floor was fantastic, and it was great to see everyone pushing themselves and having fun while learning this powerful traditional form.

We had 25+ students training together, representing our three New Hampshire schools:
