I have been training with Matt at HiTONE Fitness GYM since November 4, 2025, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the beginning, Matt has demonstrated a high level of knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to helping me achieve my personal fitness goals.
Before working with Matt, I had no real experience with lifting free weights. Through his guidance, instruction, and encouragement, I have progressed in a relatively short amount of time to the point where I am now able to complete a 315-pound deadlift. This accomplishment is something I never imagined I could achieve, and it is a direct reflection of Matt’s ability to coach, motivate, and bring out potential that I did not know I had.
Matt has helped me build more than just muscle and physical strength. He has helped me develop greater confidence, discipline, and belief in myself. His approach is focused, supportive, and challenging in the right ways, allowing me to push past limits while maintaining proper form and safety.
