As a member for more than 10 years, Maria has grown alongside the community that has supported her through some of life’s biggest challenges.

As a single mother raising two daughters while working full-time, Maria made health and fitness a priority and used the gym to build both physical and mental strength.

Her daughters grew up watching that commitment firsthand, from spending their early years in the Gold’s Gym Miranda crèche while their mother trained to seeing her overcome setbacks and pursue new goals.

That example eventually led Maria to competitive bodybuilding, proving that transformation is not defined by where you start, but by the discipline to keep moving forward.

Heather is already stronger than she was yesterday. And she’s not stopping there.

From her career as a wound care doctor to her fitness journey, Heather continues to push past her comfort zone and chase her goals at Gold’s Gym.

Now, her goal is bigger: build muscle, get stronger, and see just how far she can take herself. Because strength isn’t about where you start. It’s about continuing to show up.

Despite working 12-hour shifts, Kylie is committed to becoming stronger no matter how busy life gets.

That dedication has helped her win three of the four fitness competitions she’s entered, but she’s not done chasing what’s next.
