14U Cannons win CT War at The Shore Tournament! The team finishes the season 39-2 overall. With 4 tournament championships including NB Select NH, NB Select Regionals, Capital City Challenge and War at the Shore.

2022 Cannons Baseball 10U, 11U and 12U Tryouts Tonight!

Today we meet 12U Head Coach, Chris Metz. Coach Metz played Division 2 Baseball at Findlay University (Ohio). Coach Metz has been coaching HS Varsity baseball for the past 12 years, Person HS (Roxboro, North Carolina), Stafford HS (Stafford, Virginia), TC Williams HS (Alexandria, Virginia), Herndon HS (Herndon, Virginia) and Cambell HS (Litchfield, NH). Coach Metz has also coached Roxboro Post 138 Legion and Alexandria Aces in the Cal Ripken Collegiate League. Coach Metz is a Physical Education teacher at Bishop Guertin HS and is entering his 3rd season with the Cannons.

Today’s Meet the 2022 Cannons Coaches comes from the 14U team, Evan Vulgamore. Evan started as a player in the Cannons program when he was 12 years old. Evan has been involved with the program ever since, this year as the Head Coach of the 17U
team.

Evan grew up in Bow, NH and attended Bow High School. While at Bow, Evan was named NH All-State all 4 years. His senior season he hit .646 with five homeruns. After HS, Evan attended Division 1 Quinnipiac University, where he was named to the MAAC All Academic team all four seasons and MAAC all-conference team twice. Evan’s team qualified for the 2019 NCAA Tournament and played in the East Carolina Regional. Evan was named to the Regional All-Tournament team. Evan finished his college career with a .270 avg, 42 2B, 25 HR and 136 RBI. Evan is the all-time RBI leader for Quinnipiac. Evan earned his master’s degree in business while at Quinnipiac.

Today's meet the 2022 Cannons coaches comes from the 11U team, Justin Lemanski.

Justin was born in New Britain, CT, and graduated from EC Goodwin Tech HS. He went to Mitchell College, SUNY Adirondack and College of St. Joseph - Graduated with a BS in Sports Management.

At Mitchell as a freshman, he led the team in wins, ERA, and Strikeouts. He batted .294 and transferred to SUNY ACC, where he hit .346 with 25 RBI's and 5 wins on the mound, helping lead the team to its first winning season in school history. He transferred to College of St Joseph, where he hit .300 with 27 RBIs in senior year. Justin spent three years in professional baseball in the Thoroughbred, Empire, CanAm leagues. Over those three seasons, Justin had 0.00 ERA in 18 innings pitched.

18U NH Cannons win the War at the Shore Summer Sizzler this weekend at Mitchell College in CT. The team went (3-0) in the rain shortened tournament. The team won 4-3 vs. Team Axis 19U, 7-0 vs. North Shore Freedom 18U and 7-0 vs. North Shore Freedom 17U. The team has won back to back tournaments and improved to 12-0-2 on the season.
