For all those Wing Chun practitioners, we have added a new division: Wing Chun Open Forms division.

This is a division where a competitor can perform a Wing Chun hand form or weapon form in a different manner than the regular division. For example: blindfolded, on one-leg, moving, etc.

This is NOT a group form, nor a fighting set.
This division does NOT qualify towards Wing Chun Grand Champion.

From Yau Kung Moon Richard Ow's Kung Fu Association, Sifus Brandon Wong, Ryan Woo, Matthew Wong, Brandon Louie and Rebecca Lee perform the "Yau Kung Moon Say Moon Kuen" - The Four Gates, a form with emphasis on defending and attacking in four directions and 8 diagrams, using intermediate and advanced footwork.
They performed this at the 15th ITKFA Chinese Martial Arts Championship during the Master's Exhibition. Excellent skills!

Sifu Ray Abellera performed the "Tiger Leopard", the 2nd set form of the Jow Ga system. Sifu Ray Abellera started training at the age of 13 under late Grandmaster Lay Wing Sung. Currently he's the head Muay Thai and striking coach at the Bay Area Fight Academy in Hayward, CA.
