Did you know Tai Chi is an internal martial art that was originally hidden and used to protect royalty?

While Dr. Hoover doesn’t believe Tai Chi the way it’s commonly trained and practiced today is a whole and complete martial art for self-defense and fighting on its own, he has found that it will powerfully enhance your current combative martial arts.

Bari, Italy — What an incredible success! 🇮🇹✨

We are still buzzing from the energy of our first-ever SOHMA Tai Chi event in Italy. It was truly inspiring to see practitioners join us from London, Portugal, Poland, Paris, Antibes, and every corner of Italy.

From beginners to teachers, we spent two powerful days immersed in Qi Gong and Tai Chi. A massive thank you to everyone who traveled near and far to make this debut unforgettable. This is just the beginning!

Even I've been there — practicing in my 20s on Saturday mornings wondering why am I even doing this?

But every single time after class, I felt a shift. My nervous system reset. My energy changed. That's Chi activation — and once you feel it, you can't unfeel it.

Tips to make it come alive:

✅ Get outside
✅ Find YOUR cadence — not too slow, not too fast
✅ Put on some music and just play
