We opened our 5k season last Saturday at McAlpine in the South Meck Invite. Our Boys finished 4th of 19 teams in the Invitational division led by Liam Crews and Hunter Sirmons. Our Girls were led by Lisbeth Navarrete. Lots of PRs were set and momentum gained.

The Boone Trip. It’s our favorite way to start the competitive season. Confidence is built. Memories are made. Medals are earned. We eat well. We consider moving to Colorado to train. And, as always, it will rain.
