“Bodyworks is amazing! I started going there when I was 13, and for the next decade they taught me focus, direction, commitment, respect, and pushed me to always be better.

Now, having been away for years, I’m bringing my own child there, and the place hasn’t missed a step. It’s a great environment, and from the parenting side it’s great to see how much my kid has taken to it, even just after a few classes. Even as someone that went there, I was a little concerned that he might be a little too young, or too shy, but they are so good at what they do that he’s been getting right into it!

I’m so glad Bodyworks has been a part of my life, and being able to share it with my family is an incredible feeling. Big thank you to the Hardys, and to all the instructors dedicating their time and effort into shaping people of all ages into better humans. It’s great to be back.”

During the summer uniform tops are only required on Week 5. Weeks 1 - 4 you have the option to wear your Bodyworks T-shirt OR a plain colored T-shirt.

“LOVE Bodyworks! Both of my kids attend karate classes and we have seen such amazing growth . The instruction is rigorous but not overwhelming and the Bodyworks team knows each child as individuals while maintaining class wide integrity. If I could prioritize myself, I’d be taking classes too! HIGHLY recommend!!”

“For the last 4½ years, being part of the Bodyworks family has been such a wonderful experience. Our family is incredibly grateful for the welcoming and accepting atmosphere that is created for everyone, from a student’s very first class to families who have been part of Bodyworks for years.

Everyone is treated equally and with respect, and these same values are instilled in the students during every class. It is truly evident in the culture that has been created, you can feel it the moment you walk through the doors.
