It was a HOT day yesterday at the 10th Annual Cibolo BBQ Cookoff. I end the day with

9th chicken
1st rib
5th brisket
8th cooks choice
Reserve grand champion

Great time at the 9th Annual Cibolo Cook-Off! Heavy rains Friday night, but blue skies on Saturday & not too hot...which made for great cook off weather!! We expected to go have a good time & support the cause to help provide scholarships to SCUCISD Seniors, but what we didn't expect was to walk away GRAND CHAMPION!

Out of 37 Teams, we placed...

2nd - Ribs
1st - Cooks Choice
6th - Brisket
Which gave us the points for GC!! 🏆

We want to congratulate Angel Pastrano & the FATBOY BBQ Team on their Reserve Grand Champion!

We also want to thanks the Cibolo BBQ Cookoff Committee for the time & energy they put into this great event. Until next time.......

It's been a long couple days, but we didn't want to get too far from this past weekend to do a recap of the Neal's 10th Annual Invitational BBQ CookOff. 1st & foremost....we had a great time & appreciate being part of such a great, well organized event.

2nd...We want to send a big CONGRATULATIONS to....
Chupacabra Team #1 on their Reserve Grand Champion!!

And we couldn't be more happy & more excited to see Mr. Tate Stanush take the top & get that GRAND CHAMPION title. He may have had 'X's' on his hands, but...good job Tate!!!!...we know your Mom & Dad are proud. I think everyone is!!

What. A. Weekend!! We're a little late, but we're finally able to sit down & do a recap of our weekend at the 3rd Annual Roundup Invitational Cookoff. Though we didn't bring home the GC or RGC....it definitely wasn't a loss for us!

3rd Place Bloody Mary (not too shabby for first ever BM turn in 😉)
1st Place Ribs
5th Place Brisket
And placed 3rd Overall out of 34 Teams

We want to Congratulate GOOD TRADE COOKERS for their Reserve GC & big CONGRATULATIONS to Cowboy Up Cooking Team on their Grand Champion win!!
