Our Goal is to promote healthy life long habits.

We will develop a desire for physical fitness and healthy eating. We will nurture the enjoyment of movement and promote practices that will build strong, smart, healthy, happy families. We will provide a safe environment for children to build mind and body. And we truly believe that we will be helping children prepare for a successful life by developing self-esteem, building confidence, and improving cognitive skills in a safe and fun environment.

For 18 years, Rising Starz has taught thousands of cartwheels, helped athletes build confidence, created lifelong friendships and made more memories than we could ever count.
From those very first skills to championship moments and everything in between we are incredibly grateful for every athlete, family and coach who has been part of our story. 💗🩵

Opens: Saturday, July 25 at 9:00 AM
Closes: Sunday, July 26 at 9:00 PM

We’re getting ready for another incredible year at Rising Starz Gymnastics & Fitness, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back!

If your family was enrolled anytime during Fall 1 2025 through Summer 2026, you’ll have access to our Member Only Registration before classes open to the public.
⭐ New to Rising Starz?
We’d love to have you join our gym family! Open Registration begins Thursday, July 30, and we can’t wait to meet you.
We are so excited for another season of helping kids build confidence, strength, and friendships through gymnastics. We hope everyone is having an amazing summer—we’re looking forward to seeing familiar faces and welcoming many new ones!

Happy 18th Birthday, Rising Starz!
Eighteen years ago, I never imagined what Rising Starz would become. What started as a dream has grown into something so much bigger than gymnastics.  It has become a family.

Over the years, we’ve celebrated first cartwheels, first back handsprings, state champions, personal victories, and countless moments of confidence, courage, and growth. But what I’m most proud of isn’t what’s hanging on our walls, it’s the people.

To every athlete, parent, coach, staff member, and family who has been part of this journey...thank you. Thank you for trusting us, believing in us, and helping create a place where kids can grow not only as athletes, but as people.

I’m especially grateful to our incredible staff, whose passion and dedication make Rising Starz feel like home every single day.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for an unforgettable 18 years. We can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings. ❤️
