Hi Dance Team Members and Parents,
My name is Tami, and I’m your Varsity Spirit Fashion Representative. I’m going to miss meeting/seeing you in person, but let’s make the best of this and make it a FUN Virtual Fitting experience! I know this is a time of unchartered territory, but we want to keep your team on track as much as possible so when everything goes back to “normal” we can move forward as if we never missed a beat. 😊
Please read the below instructions carefully and follow each step. It’s a lot to read but it is very simple if you follow each step.
It’s now time for your Virtual Fitting for your 2020 – 2021 Season!
VIRTUAL FITTING:
Items Needed:
Measuring Tape: A flexible measuring tape is preferred. If you do not have one, they can be purchased at pretty much any store.
Phone for Fitting Pass.
FITTING PASS STEPS - COMPLETE by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, August 18.

ALL MEMBERS need to complete this part.
Hover over the Fitting Pass QR code below from the camera (not snapchat and do not take a picture of it, just hover over it) on your mobile phone and click the pop up to enter the fitting. Iphones: safari will pop up at the top. Android phones: a box will appear in the middle of your phone asking if you want to open your web browser. I have also included a web link if you cannot scan the QR code for some reason.
FITTING PASS QR CODE AND LINK

Click “Yes” to enter your fitting.
Start to type your name in the search field, then select “I can’t find my name!”
Create a profile using the athlete’s name (not the parent name.) Please follow ALL the prompts on the screen. SPELL YOUR NAME CORRECTLY.
Next, enter your measurements. Make sure you are using the INCH side of your measuring tape.
You will need assistance from another person, do not take your own measurements.

Important Tips: There are 12 inches in 1 foot.
These measurements will be used by the rep to determine uniform size selections and fit. Please take measurement carefully.
Bust Measurement: Have the athlete put her arms down while taking bust measurement.
Hip Measurement: For a more accurate measurement, be sure to go around the largest part of the athletes rear.
Select SAVE after entering your measurements so that you can select sizes.
Click into the station named “COMMERCE DANCE”
DO NOT LEAVE the fitting pass website until you have reviewed and approved your sizes. There are three lines (pancakes) at the top right hand of your screen. Select the pancakes, then select review my order. If everything is correct, please select “I approve the sizes I have entered” and “submit.” YOU ARE DONE WHEN you get the message “Thank you for participating.”
Fitting Pass will give you suggested sizes based on the measurements you have entered. If you are not able to submit, that means something isn’t saved in your cart. Please go back and double check.
STEP 3: DIRECTOR and REP
Your director and rep will review the sizes you selected. If for some reason the rep needs additional information from you, your director will contact you.
