Losing weight is as hard as you make it. I’m a firm believer in losing weight is easier when you can eat meals you ACTUALLY enjoy and don’t dread eating. I myself tried time after time to lose weight. I tried fad diets like KETO and Carnivore. I tired intermittent fasting, one meal a day, not eating before a “certain time of day” all of those attempts left me feeling worse than before and still FAT! Until you have an understanding of nutrition, and how to properly track and balance what you eat day to day, you’ll never lose the weight. Let me help you lose it and lose it for good! Eating caloric deficit is not hard. People tend to over complicated so much and that’s why they can’t stick to it and never lose the weight. When you make easy meals that don’t take long to make like this, it’s guaranteed to keep you in your deficit because it leaves no excuse. #
