We conduct Ninja Warrior classes using our 6 ft., 10 ft., and 2... yes 2! 14 ft. versions of the famous Warped Wall, Devil Steps, Tilting Ladders, countless swinging and balance obstacles, Salmon Ladder, quad steps and many more challenging athletic obstacles! We specialize in Boot Camp style classes that incorporate interval cardio drills with resistance exercises for all ages from 3 yrs. - adult

The Plymouth facility will continue to teach athletes how to gain strength, agility and confidence the Ninja Way!

It has been a difficult 6 months for all gym owners. With the current need to limit class sizes, we needed to renegotiate our business arrangement in Commerce and were unable to do so.

We have room to take our Commerce goers at the Plymouth location and encourage you all to continue your Ninja journey with us.
