It’s natural to feel overwhelmed by life’s daily struggles. So much so at times we compare our lives to those of friends, family and peers. But don't fret. It’s critically important to know you’re not alone, even when it feels like you’re stuck and are losing hope.

A dose of motivation, no matter how small, can propel you forward. It could be as simple as a gentle push or a major reminder to believe in yourself and your abilities in order to achieve your goals, or even just to get through the day.
